This section contains graphics that can be used to map areas and regions in complex space. Both the original image (i.e. the direct representation of the boundaries without functional influence) and the corresponding image (i.e. the values of the elements calculated using the function f(z)) are displayed in two separate graphics windows.

Symbol	Graphic	Description
	Circle sections	Circles or sections thereof can be mapped using a complex function.
	Straight Lines	Sections of straight lines can be mapped using a complex function.
	Polylines	Any open or closed polylines can be mapped using a complex function.
	Area mappings	By selecting interior points, areas can be mapped using a complex function.
