For some elements, only the colour can be selected. To do this, double-click on the text next to the coloured symbol for the graph or axes in the tree view.

In addition to the colour, you can also set the transparency.

The example shows the approximate appearance that can be expected later in the graphical representation.

Note: Some graphics also allow you to change colours within a list of default values.
