Coordinate system (2D)
The 2D coordinate system used in the illustrations consists of several elements that can be displayed and modified in the tree view.
| Element | Description |

| Axes | Main node in the tree - double-clicking opens the settings for the axes parameters |
| Background colour | Sets the background colour of the window (red circle) |
| Grid display | Sets the colour and appearance of the background grid (yellow arrow). Clicking on the colour symbol hides and shows the grid again. |
| Axis display | Sets the colour and appearance of the axes in the x and y directions (green arrow). Clicking on the colour symbol hides and shows the axes again. |
| Marker display | Sets the colour and appearance of the short markers on the axes (blue arrow). Clicking on the colour symbol hides and shows the markers. |
| Font | Sets the colour and font of the axis labels (magenta arrow). Clicking on the colour symbol hides and shows the text. |
