==== Printing ==== CGRAPH uses the standard print settings of the operating system and printer for printouts. Therefore, the print dialogues and the settings available in them vary depending on the printer and operating system. A preview is not available in CGRAPH, but both Windows and macOS offer the option of redirecting printouts to a PDF document, thus enabling a preview. A printout usually covers either the entire print page or an area that corresponds to the aspect ratio of the graphics window. Printouts can be configured in CGRAPH within the settings. If a graph type contains more than one graph window (e.g. for frequency responses or figures in the complex plane), the print icon above the graph can also be right-clicked to decide which graphs should be printed. **Note**: During the development of CGRAPH, it was discovered that printouts under Windows 11 fail with a certain class of printers from HP. The print job is completed correctly within CGRAPH, but then gets stuck in the Windows print spooler. This class of printers works without any problems under macOS. To work around the problem until it is fixed, we recommend printing to a PDF document in this case, as this can then be printed without errors on the affected printer class.
