====== Graphical modification of the starting value or parameter for fractals ======

CGRAPH offers an interactive method for modifying an entered starting point (Mandelbrot set) or parameter (Julia set). Each modification is immediately reflected graphically. For a better overview, the fractal was created here in monochrome view.

To change a starting point or parameter in the graphic, proceed as follows:

  - Double-click on the red square (red arrow) in the graphic, which shows the current parameter in the complex plane.
  - A blue square (green arrow) will then appear, which you can move around the graphic with the mouse. The graphic is constantly recalculated and redrawn.
  - A single click ends the change to the starting point or parameter. The red square now shows the new value of the starting point or parameter.
  - If you want to return to the original value of the starting point or parameter before the graphical change, hold down the Shift key while clicking.

The current starting point or parameter is displayed in both the tree view and the specifications (blue arrows).

**Note**: The red and blue squares are hidden when the mouse leaves the graphic area.
